I like the colours. Perhaps focus on the second pole would've been better, I don't know.

I like the colours as well, but the composition doesn't work for me. It's hard to explain, but basically there's a lack of balance. The point of interest is clearly the bottom of the first pole (where it touches the ground), yet it's too far down for our eyes to rest on it comfortably. In itself this shouldn't be an issue, but the rest of the scene is still clear enough to draw the attention - yet there's nothing to see there.

Personally, I think this shot would be a lot better when shot in landscape instead of portrait and from a lower angle. This gives you much more freedom compositionwise - I'd say a golden section would work here.

Then again, who am I?
